You must be at least 10 years old to use this Service. Students under 13 years of age should use the platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Problems, explanations, and curriculum content on the platform are aligned with NCERT guidelines for Classes 5–10. All content is provided for individual educational use only. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content for commercial purposes.
The platform uses artificial intelligence (via the OpenAI API) to generate explanations, hints, and tutoring responses. While we strive for accuracy:

The platform, including its design, code, original problems, and AI-assisted content, is the intellectual property of AI Learning System. NCERT curriculum material is subject to NCERT's own copyright. We make no claim of ownership over official NCERT text.
The platform features an Elo-based rating system and leaderboards for motivation. These are for educational and gamification purposes only. We reserve the right to adjust ratings or remove accounts that we believe have used unfair means.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Learning System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of learning progress.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or if the platform is discontinued. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
